What you'll learn

From the Progressive Calisthenics Certification (PCC) you’ll learn how to take the physical development of both you and your clients, to unprecedented new levels. This certification will add massive value to coaches and personal trainers; and not only are the movements extraordinarily cool – and adjustable to any skill level – they’re also among the most effective, functional techniques on earth! Plus, they require NO expensive equipment.

The PCC workshop is unique. Nowhere else has such a comprehensive selection of powerful bodyweight techniques been brought together and taught in a progressive environment. The PCC represents the ultimate bodyweight certification, and whatever your area of specialization – from strength training to rehab, bodybuilding to team sports – you’ll walk away from this three-day course with a comprehensive understanding that will set you apart from all the other professionals in the industry.

How you’ll be assessed

The PCC concludes on Day 3 with ‘The Century’.
The Century is the testing protocol used where you’ll demonstrate conditioning and technical capacity in four basic exercises. All reps must be completed back-to-back, with a maximum time limit of 8 minutes.

Men’s test                                                
Full squats: 40 reps
Full push ups: 30 reps
Hanging knee raises: 20 reps
Full pull ups: 10 reps 

Women’s test
Full squats: 40 reps 
Kneeling push ups: 30 reps 
Hanging knee raises: 20 reps 
Australian pull ups: 10 reps

Don’t successfully complete it on the day? No problem! All participants are given up to 60 days post-workshop to submit a video re-test.

The great news is, there’s no license commitment, no pre-choreographed stuff, and no ongoing education required. All you do is successfully complete the three-day training course, and you’re good to go.

Want to get recertified?

Your PCC certificate is valid for three years so if you're due for a re-sit, the recertification gives you a heavily discounted registration option. Please note that you may be asked to provide verification of your past PCC status.
